Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 december 2016, are required by the executors thomas harry byrne and ronald olding hawkins, c/- furstenberg solicitors & notaries, [contact details redacted] by 18 march 2019, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
