Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, Alexander Ross MacKenzie, who died on 20 december 2021, are required by the trustee, Pamela Johanna Taylor-mackenzie, of care of fletcher law, po box 5723, st georges terrace, perth, western australia 6831, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 30th day of june 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
