Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, Albert Clyde Goddard, who died on 16 july 2015, are required by the joint trustees julian clyde goddard and georgina meira chilvers to send particulars of their claims to them by the 6th day of march 2017, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have been notified.
