Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, Duncan Bradley McGougan, who died on 24 March 2017, are required by the trustee Carolyn Pont, of c/- Fletcher Law, Level 3/45 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by the 1st day of September 2017, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has been notified by the 1st day of September 2017.
