Delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission. Covid-19 business continuity powers. Under section 16 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 the Western Australian Planning Commission may delegate any function to a member, committee or officer of the WAPC or to a public authority. This delegation of power will cease upon commencement of the Stand Down phase of the Western Australian Government Pandemic Plan.
