The Minister for Planning and Lands has approved Metropolitan Region Scheme Amendment 1444 (Standard), as advertised. The amendment is shown on Amending Plan 3.2868 and is effective from the date of publication. The purpose is to rezone approximately 4.87 ha in Helena Valley from the Rural zone to the Urban zone and Regional Open Space reservation in the MRS, facilitating future residential development, public open space, and a conservation area.
