These regulations are the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2022. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014. Inserts regulation 53D regarding disclosure of identifying information to prescribed persons, including the Secretary and APS employees of the Department of Home Affairs of the Commonwealth.
