Made under the Legislation Act 2021 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Legislation Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation 2023. The Legislation Act 2021, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 July 2023. Note: This proclamation brings into operation the remainder of the Legislation Act 2021.
