Amends disability services regulations to exclude NDIS services from certain definitions.

These regulations amend the Disability Services Regulations 2004. Services provided under the National Disability Insurance Scheme by an NDIS provider are excluded from the definitions of disability service and resident service in section 30 of the Act. Regulation 41 and Schedule 4 are deleted.
