In accordance with section 73 of the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023, and on the recommendation of WorkCover WA, I hereby make the Workers Compensation (Health Services) Fees Order 2024. This Order fixes the maximum amount of compensation payable for a health expense, incurred or to be incurred, for a health service as a result of a worker’s injury from employment under the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023.
