Notice is hereby given for public information that Jason Scott McNabb and Donna May Pead have each been appointed by the Shire of Capel effective 12 October 2017 as authorised officer, pound keeper and ranger, and prosecutor to institute and carry out proceedings against persons committing offences under the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Dog Act 1976.
