Any creditors having claims on the estate of the late Alan John Pracas of 17 Rye Place, Nollamara, Western Australia, who died on or before 28 September 2016, are required to send particulars of their claims to Lesley Jean Down, administrator, c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, po box 1114, Morley wa 6943 by 12 october 2018, after which date the administrator may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
