It is hereby notified for public information that the legislative council has disallowed the following local law made under the local government act 1995— the shire of chittering repeal local law 2017 published in the gazette on 7 july 2017 and tabled in the legislative council on 16 august 2017.

Determines that the Shire of Chittering will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on land, effective from September 4, 2026.
Requires all land owners and occupiers within the Shire of Chittering to clear and maintain firebreaks annually between October 16 and May 31.
Approves an amendment to the Shire of Chittering Local Planning Scheme No. 6, rezoning land in Muchea from 'Agricultural Resource' to 'Light Industry' and 'General Industry', and amending the Muchea Employment Node Special Control Area.
Determines that the Shire of Chittering will use gross rental value as the basis for rates, effective April 16, 2026.
