Declares the area of operations and rate of contributions for the Grains, Seeds and Hay Industry Declared Pest Control and Compensation Funding Scheme for the financial year 2019-20. The scheme operates in agricultural areas of the state, excluding the Kimberley and pastoral areas. Contribution rates are $0.25 per tonne for grain or seed and $0.125 per tonne for hay. Funds are allocated proportionally to Three-horned Bedstraw (10%) and Skeleton weed (90%).
