The Minister declares the Scheme to operate in agricultural areas of the State (excluding Kimberley and pastoral areas) for the financial year 2018-19. Contributions are set at $0.25 per tonne for grain or seed and $0.125 per tonne for hay. Contributions will fund payments relating to Three-horned Bedstraw (10%) and Skeleton weed (90%).
