The City of Stirling resolved on 7 July 2026 to make the City of Stirling Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2026. This local law amends certain provisions within the City of Stirling Local Government Property Local Law 2009 to clarify terms and enable appropriate management of activities on local government property throughout the district. Amendments include new definitions for 'aircraft', 'animal', 'e-cigarette', 'firework', 'fishing', 'nuisance', 'sand board', 'smoke', 'tobacco product', 'wheeled recreational device', and 'wheeled toy'.
