These regulations are the water services regulations amendment (fees and charges) regulations 2018. These regulations come into operation as follows: part 1 on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on 1 july 2018. Amends the water services (water corporations charges) regulations 2014 regarding permitted surcharges for using credit or debit cards and updates charges for bunbury water corporation and busselton water corporation.
