These regulations are the water services (water corporations charges) amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the water services (water corporations charges) regulations 2014. In schedule 4 division 1 item 2(1) delete โ$20 500 grvโ (each occurrence) and insert: $16 400 grv.
