These regulations are the water services (water corporations charges) amendment regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the water services (water corporations charges) regulations 2014. In schedule 4 division 1 item 2(1) delete “$20 500 grv” (each occurrence) and insert: $16 400 grv.
