These regulations are the water services (water corporations charges) amendment regulations 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the swan valley planning act 2020 section 7 comes into operation. These regulations amend the water services (water corporations charges) regulations 2014. Regulation 47 amended: in regulation 47(4) delete the definition of rural land and insert: rural land means land zoned for agricultural or rural use under a local planning scheme made under the planning and development act 2005; or the swan valley planning scheme in force under the swan valley planning act 2020.
