The justice regulations amendment (road passenger services) regulations 2019 are made by the governor in executive council. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters such as citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the criminal procedure regulations 2005, and part 3 amends the fines, penalties and infringement notices enforcement regulations 1994.
