The council of the City of South Perth resolved on 27 March 2018 to adopt the following local law: this local law is cited as the City of South Perth Waste Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of South Perth Waste Local Law 2017 published in the Government Gazette on 5 May 2017 is amended as follows.
