These regulations are the transport regulations amendment (pilotage) regulations 2018. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. This part amends the port authorities regulations 2001 and the shipping and pilotage (ports and harbours) regulations 1966.
