Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 as amended relates in respect of the estate of the late Susan Margaret Cruthers late of 75 Stuart Street, Maylands, Western Australia who died on 16 February 2022 are required by the Executor, Elizabeth O’Sullivan, to send particulars of their claims addressed to the Executor, Estate of the late Susan Margaret Cruthers, care of Leach Legal, Level 15, 240 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 within one month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then have notice.
