It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Subiaco Town Planning Scheme amendment on 27 April 2018 for the purpose of inserting sub-clauses 42(1)(a) and 42(1)(b) regarding building heights in the Residential Zone.
