It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Subiaco Town Planning Scheme amendment on 26 May 2017 for the purpose of— (a) recode lots 15, 80, 84 and 85 Evans Street and lots 11, 81 and 82 Railway Road, Shenton Park from ‘Residential R15’ to ‘Residential R80’. (b) amend the scheme map accordingly; and (c) amend the scheme text.
