In the estate of Brian David Lewis late of 7 Meadowview Mews, Canning Vale, Western Australia who died on 22 March 2024. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executors of the deceased’s estate to send particulars of their claim to them care of Spyker Legal, Suite 1, 300 Vahland Avenue, Willetton, Western Australia by no later than 30 April 2025, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
