In the estate of Bernard Charles Luxton who died on 23 June 2020, late of 28 Dealy Close, Cannington, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Warnar Geert Spyker, care of Spyker Legal, Suite 1/300 Vahland Avenue, Willetton, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claim to him no later than 5 January 2021, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
