I, Alistair Jones, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegate to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, Assurance; Director, Operational Assurance; Director, Environmental Science; and Director, Water Assurance, all of my powers and duties under section 114(1), 114(1a), 114(1b) of the Act, other than this power of delegation. Delegation No. 175 dated 24 September 2025 and published in the Gazette on 27 September 2025 is revoked.
