Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties (excluding the power of delegation under section 59A of the Act) to various executive directors and directors within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 174 dated 24 September 2024 is revoked.
