Alistair Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, delegates powers and duties conferred by specified regulations of the Environmental Protection (Controlled Waste) Regulations 2004 to holders of certain offices within the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. Delegation No. 176 dated 24 September 2025 is revoked.
