Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the City of Perth resolved on 24 September 2024 to make this local law. This is the City of Perth Parking Amendment Local Law 2024. This local law will come into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the City of Perth Parking Local Law 2017.
