In the estate of Brian Marshall Boardley formerly of 16 Buckley Street, Denmark, in the State of Western Australia, cabinet maker, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 18 December 2022, are required by the executor, Neil Phillip Warham, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to him/her at HFM Legal of PO Box 1 Maddington, WA 6989, by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
