Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 october 2019, are required by the executor, mr edward john fleming, care of hfm legal of suite 5/205 burslem drive, maddington, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month from today, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
