In the estate of Sheila Linton Coker late of 5 Britannia Road, Leederville, in the State of Western Australia, Retired Private Secretary, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22nd May 2025 are required by the executors, Dara Singh of 653 Beaufort Street, Mount Lawley, and Ann Saffen of 155 Riseley Street, Booragoon, in the state of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
