Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 24 april 2020, are required by the executor, mrs karunia macdonald, care of butlers lawyers & notaries of 45 stirling highway, nedlands, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month from publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
