It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of three springs local planning scheme amendment on 4 october 2019 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning lot 11133 morawa three springs road, dudawa from the public purpose (infrastructure services) reserve to rural; and (b) modify the scheme mapping accordingly.
