This local planning scheme is the Shire of Three Springs Local Planning Scheme No. 2. Under section 87(4) of the Act, this local planning scheme comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. The following planning scheme is revoked—Shire of Three Springs Scheme No.1 published in the Government Gazette on the 20th July 1988.
