It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Three Springs Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 April 2018 for the purpose of— 1. Re-classifying Lot 555 (No. 42) Carter Street, Three Springs (known as Reserve 13781) from Local Scheme Reserve ‘Public Purposes—Emergency Services’ to a ‘Residential’ zone with an R10/30 density code as depicted on the Scheme Amendment map. 2. Listing Lot 555 (No. 42) Carter Street, Three Springs in ‘Table 4—Specified additional uses for zoned land in Scheme area’ outlining specific additional uses and conditions.
