Alex Lyon, delegated by the Minister, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of the Local Government Act 1995, determines that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Augusta Margaret River as the basis for a rate in respect of the designated land is to be the gross rental value of the land.
