Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 10A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel notice number MA401 as published in the Government Gazette on 12 July 2011 and hereby prohibit swimming within the Albany Waterfront Marina and the Albany Port Authority’s Tug Boat Harbour.

Cancels notice MA401 and closes specific waters of the Port Hedland Spoilbank Marina to swimming, excluding the southeastern corner.
Specifies persons and bodies exempt from paying theory test fees under road traffic regulations.
Requires Pedro Henrique Hugentobler to collect yacht 'Eyesea' from Hillarys Boat Harbour within one month or the Department of Transport will seek a court order to sell or dispose of it.
