These regulations are the school education amendment regulations 2016. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the medicines and poisons act 2014 section 137 comes into operation. These regulations amend the school education regulations 2000. In regulation 148a(1) in the definition of adrenaline delete “identified in schedule 3 under the poisons act 1964 section 20a;” and insert: classified as a schedule 3 poison under the medicines and poisons act 2014;
