These regulations are the Police Regulations Amendment (Poisons) Regulations 2016. They amend the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 1982, the Police Force (Member Testing) Regulations 2011, and the Security and Related Activities (Control) Regulations 1997, updating references to the Poisons Act 1964 with the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 and specifying drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1981.
