Amends the sentencing regulations 1996 and deletes the item for the poisons act 1964 in schedule 2.

These regulations are the sentencing amendment regulations (no. 2) 2016. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the medicines and poisons act 2014 section 137 comes into operation. These regulations amend the sentencing regulations 1996. In schedule 2 delete the item for the poisons act 1964.
