Order made by the Minister under section 37(3)(b) of the Health Services Act 2016. Exempts classes of disposals of health service land specified in Table B from the requirements of section 37(3)(a) of the Health Services Act 2016, where the transaction value is up to $500,000 and where the term including the term of any option to renew is up to 10 years.
