HE401 HEALTH (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1911 (WA) ANAESTHETIC MORTALITY COMMITTEE (APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS AND DEPUTY MEMBER) INSTRUMENT 2025 Made by the Minister under section 340BB of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA). 1. Citation This instrument may be cited as the Anaesthetic Mortality Committee (Appointment of Members and Deputy Member) Instrument 2025. 2. Appointment of Members 2.1 Dr Celine Andrea Baber is appointed as a Member to the Anaesthetic Mortality Committee under section 340BB(3)(d) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) for a term of three years commencing on 15 January 2026. 2.2 Clinical Adjunct Professor Dieter Paul Gebauer is appointed as a Member to the Anaesthetic Mortality Committee under section 340BB(3)(j) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) for a term of three years commencing on 15 January 2026. 3. Appointment of Deputy Member 3.1 Dr Frank Sheng-Chun Chang is appointed as a Deputy Member to the Anaesthetic Mortality Committee under sections 340BC and 340BB(3)(j) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1911 (WA) for a term of three years commencing on 15 January 2026.
