Notice is hereby given to any persons having claims pursuant to section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 against the estate of Leonard Kazimir Blaszczyk also known as Lannye Antonye Blaszczyk late of 9a Jipse Street, East Bunbury Western Australia who died on 27.06.2021, to submit in writing any such claims complete with supporting documentation to the executors c/- Ball & Co, po box 1281, Bunbury Western Australia 6231, within 31 days of the date of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
