Made by the Minister under sections 19(1) and 23(1) of the Act. This order is the Biodiversity Conservation (Listing of Native Species) (Flora) Order 2025. This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. Each native species specified in Schedule 1 Division 1 is listed as a threatened species in the category of critically endangered species.
