Made by the Hon Reece Whitby MLA, Minister for Road Safety, pursuant to Regulation 230B(1) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 (‘the Code’). This notice is the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice (No 2) 2025 and comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The shaded area bounded by a solid blue line (as depicted on the South Perth Designated Area map in the Schedule as ‘EPT gazettal area’) is declared an Electric Personal Transporter Use Area.
