Exemption granted to all relevant duty holders from Regulations 107, 108 and 109 of the “Transport Regulations” regarding the display of “EIPs” on “particular IBCs” described in Chapters 5.2 and 5.3.3 of the “ADG Code”. The exemption is conditional on compliance with IMDG Code and GHS, provision of EIPs information to the prime contractor, vehicle placarding, and carrying a copy of the exemption in the vehicle.
