Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land situated in the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder. As a measure to assist in the control of bush fires, all owners and/or occupiers are required before the 1st day in October each year to clear firebreaks or take measures in accordance with this notice and maintain those firebreaks and measures up to and including the 30th day of April in the following year.

Appoints Corinna Smith and Charlotte Huckerby as authorised officers and Amanda McDonald as registration officer for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
Requires land owners/occupiers in City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder to clear firebreaks by October 1, 2020, and maintain them until April 30, 2021.
Appoints Maureen Mertyn and Daniel Fleet as authorised officers and Amy Tagliaferri, Rebecca Kolatowicz and Kyah Pike as registration officers for the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, while cancelling the appointments of Shannon Hill, Lisa Gillespie and Emma Parker.
